My friend gave me some saury I caught myself and used them to cook soup with tomatoes, which was nutritious and appetizing!

Tomato Saury Soup

1. Remove the gills and internal organs of the fish and clean it

2. Cut into pieces

3. Put in the casserole

4. Take a tomato and clean it

5. Diced

6. Put in the casserole

7. Ginger diced

8. Pat the garlic with the back of a knife and peel it

9. Put the ginger and garlic in the casserole

10. Pour in appropriate amount of scallion oil

11. Add water

12. Put the casserole on a gas stove, turn on a medium-low heat, skim off the floating powder when it boils, and cook for 20 minutes on a low heat

13. Wash the celery
