Delicious Strawberry Mousse Cake

Prepare and bake an 8-inch basic Chiffon in advance (I will release the Chiffon recipe I use later)

Strawberries are soaked in brine for ten minutes, and then washed! Pick out 200 grams of some bad ones and break them with a blender for later use!

Cut the chiffon into two pieces, not too thick! Use a knife to cut off the 0.5 cm wide side of the cake. The cake placed underneath is longer than the diameter of the upper side!

Cut the strawberry slices around the edges, the strawberry slices are close to the mold, and there is a gap between the strawberry and the cake to facilitate the introduction of cream behind!

Beat the butter to 60%, refrigerate for later use, add the butter to melt the water and separate the oil!

Add the beaten strawberry juice to the sugar and heat until the sugar melts, add the white chocolate that has been melted in water, and the isinglass powder melted in hot water and mix well. Add strawberry yogurt after cooling slightly! (The isinglass powder is not easy to dissolve, it is best to pass it through a sieve, it will not affect the taste! Otherwise it will be very pleasant to eat)

Mix the strawberry juice made in the previous step with the cream, and pour it into the prepared mold. I added a layer of strawberry filling in the middle!

Add the second layer of bread and pour the butter. Here my bread is a bit thick, and the first layer of butter is a bit thick, so the top is round and not flat! Everyone must pay attention when doing it!

Do some styling on it in 1 hour! Heat the QQ candy in water, add strawberry juice (I used the dreamy one, the color is better), let it cool slightly, and pour it on the cake!
