Strawberry Mousse Cake

The 8-inch chiffon cake baked in advance is divided into 3 slices, and 2 slices are set aside.

Gelatine tablets soak in cold water and soften.

Wash strawberries and cut into small pieces.

Add sugar to the whipped cream and beat until there are small lines.

Add a little yogurt to the sliced strawberry and puree it.

Take a little strawberry juice, add the soaked gelatine slices, and melt it in insulated water.

Stir the strawberry puree in the juicer cup, the strawberry puree mixed with the gelatin slices, and the whipped cream together and then set aside.

Take a piece of cake and put it into an 8-inch mold.

Pour half of the mousse liquid, put it in the refrigerator and freeze for 1 hour.

Wash 2 strawberries and cut into small cubes.

After 1 hour, take out the mold, put on the second slice of cake, and evenly spread the diced strawberries.

Pour in the remaining mousse, smooth it with a spatula, and refrigerate for 2 hours to set.

Add a little warm water to the strawberry-flavored QQ candy, melt in the insulated water and let cool.

Pour the QQ sugar solution into the mold and continue to freeze and shape.

Take out the shaped mousse cake and put it on the top, blow the hot air of the hair dryer against the periphery for a second, then gently pull it down and demould.
