Tuna is delicious and rich in nutritional value. It has the effects of anti-inflammatory, anti-cancer, enhancing self-immunity, lowering blood cholesterol, preventing arteriosclerosis, enhancing nervous system function, preventing Alzheimer's disease and protecting eyesight. So no matter adults, children or the elderly, they should always eat tuna.

Ingredients

Delicious Tuna Vegetable Salad

1. Prepare the materials as shown above. The amount of material is added according to your preference.

2. Eggs, cucumber slices:
Shred purple cabbage;
Remove the hard stems of lettuce;
Cut the cherry tomatoes in half;

3. Tear the tuna into pieces and set aside.

4. Spread the lettuce on the plate.

5. Next, spread purple cabbage.

6. Spread a row of eggs on the right side of the purple cabbage, and then spread cherry tomatoes on the right.

7. Then spread cucumber slices on top of the purple cabbage.

8. Garnish with chopped tuna.
