Dendrobium Duck Soup

Scallion, yam, sliced ginger, sliced

Duck chopped into pieces

Soak Dendrobium and Coix in water

Boil the duck pieces in the pot

Put the duck pieces in the hot oil in the pot and stir-fry the water, add water and simmer for 20 minutes

Then add the Dendrobium barley and simmer for 40 minutes

Add yam, green onion and ginger and simmer for 40 minutes
8.
Sprinkle salt to season out
