Depp Oven Recipe - Red Velvet Swirl Cake

Ingredients for making red velvet cake

Mix milk and salad oil until emulsified

Add the egg yolk and mix well

Sift in the flour and red yeast rice powder, stir manually without particles

Pour the sugar into the egg whites in portions, and beat the egg whites to the hard stage

Take 1/3 of the egg white and mix with the egg yolk

Tips:
Before the cake body enters the oven. Be sure to shake it gently to remove the large pore bubbles and make it more delicate and even;

Whipped cream needs to add 9% sugar to enhance the flavor
