Di Sanxian? I can't tell the reason for its name, but it was this dish that I ate when I went to a friend's house when she told it to be called Di Sanxian. After returning home, I also learned to cook it once, because I was afraid of being too oily, I switched to fried eggplants, which is a fuel-efficient and healthy way of eating.

Di Sanxian

1. Wash the snap beans

2. Cut the eggplant into strips and soak in water for 20 minutes

3. Wash oyster mushrooms and set aside

4. Garlic, chopped green onions, shredded carrots

5. Carob and Pleurotus ostreatus are blanched in water

6. The eggplant is fried in the pan

7. Add oil to the wok, and fry the ingredients in Figure 4 until fragrant

8. Add the beans and stir fry for a while

9. Add eggplant and continue to fry for 1-2 minutes, then add salt and stir well

10. Add oyster mushrooms and stir well

11. Finally add oyster sauce, chicken essence, salt and stir well.
