Braised Noodles

All materials are cut and set aside.
2.
Preheat the pot, put the green onions, and sauté the five-spice powder until fragrant.
3.
Put the beans, and continue to stir-fry the cucurbits for 5 minutes.
4.
Add water and simmer for 10 minutes.
5.
Add persimmons, tofu, green peppers, and onions and continue to fry for 5 minutes.
6.
Put in the noodles.
7.
Simmer for about 20 minutes.
Tips:
Don't make too much fire.
