Wash the beans, remove both ends and slide them off at the same time, break them into small pieces by hand, and chop the green onions

Tips:
With my amount of flour, the steamed beans and steamed vegetables are very distinct. If you like to eat something stickier, reduce the amount of flour.
When frying the pepper oil, you can make the garlic chili pepper by the way.
The method of pouring garlic in oil: mash appropriate amount of garlic, or use the side of a knife to squash and chop, add appropriate amount of dried chilli noodles, mix well, then pour in hot oil, stir well, and finally add a few drops of vinegar to stimulate the aroma.
