Diced Pork Noodles in Tomato Sauce

Wash the green onions and shiitake mushrooms and cut them

Tomatoes peeled and cut into small pieces

Wash the meat and dice, heat the pan and put the oil in the pan and fry the meat to change its color

Add the tomato cubes and fry to make the red soup. Don't worry about it slowly. You can also put the tomato paste

Add half of green onions and shiitake mushrooms and stir well

Season with salt

Bring water or stock to a boil and cook for 2 minutes

Add the remaining green onion and boil

After the soup is cooked, pour out and serve on a plate for later use

Put water in the pot and boil, add the noodles and stir to avoid sticking

After the noodles are cooked, remove them from the bowl and pour the soup cooked in advance.
Tips:
1. If you have tomato sauce, you can put some, I don't like the taste very much!
2. Be sure to put more water when cooking noodles!
