Diced Tomato Noodles

Wash tomatoes, cut eggplant into small cubes, wash lettuce and cut into sections, chop green onion, chopped garlic, mince garlic

Pour oil in the pan

Add green onions and sauté

Cut the tomatoes into the pot, add a small bowl of water, and cook on a low heat

When the tomatoes are half soft, add the diced eggplant

Tips:
When cutting tomatoes, oil will spill out, so be sure to reduce the heat to a low heat.
