There are two tomatoes left at home, which can be used to make noodle sauce. I went out in the morning and bought a potato, and when I came back, I made potato tomato sauce. With noodles made of red sorghum noodles, whole grains and vegetables, it is a perfect match by nature~

Noodles with Potatoes and Tomatoes

1. Scallions, chopped green onions, peeled potatoes and cut into small cubes, wash tomatoes, pat the garlic and chop again

2. Wash the lettuce leaves and cut into small pieces

3. Pour oil in the pan

4. Add shallots and garlic and saute

5. Add the diced potatoes and fry them on low heat

6. Then add a small bowl of water and cook for about 5 minutes

7. Cut into the tomatoes directly

8. When the tomatoes are half soft, add the dark soy sauce and season with a little salt. Finally, let’s collect the juice over a small fire.

9. Make water in the pot, add the noodles after the water is boiled, and cook for 1-2 minutes on low heat

10. Put the lettuce in and blanch it a little

11. Fish out the cooked noodles

12. Pour in the sauce you make yourself, put a few pieces of meat on it, mix it up and eat it

Tips:

Potatoes are harder to ripen than tomatoes, so fry them on low heat and then boil them for a while.
