Didinika Korean Fried Noodles

First prepare the ingredients.

Boil the soup pot with water, add the noodles and cook.

After it's cooked, take it out and run it with cold water.
4.
Raise the wok and add a little oil.
5.
Add garlic and lean meat and stir-fry until cooked.
6.
Add onions, potatoes, and carrots and stir-fry until cooked.
7.
Add the spring sauce and stir well.
8.
Add a little water, stir fry evenly, and boil until thick.
9.
Add the cooked noodles and stir well.
10.
Add the cucumber shreds and mix well.
11.
Out of the pot.
Tips:
The sauce tends to be sticky, it is best to use a non-stick pan
