Dirty Mooncakes

Make the filling: roast or fry the nuts and chop them; chop dried raisins and dried cranberries; mix cream cheese, white lotus paste, nuts, and dried fruit, cover them with plastic wrap, and refrigerate for later use.

Cake crust production: mix all the ingredients in the crust and knead well.

Divide the crust and the filling into 8 equal parts, the crust is about 27 grams/piece, and the filling is about 23 grams/piece.

Tips:
1. The mooncake dough itself is also delicious. If you don't want to eat chocolate, you can leave the surface without glaze.
2. Nuts and dried fruits can be matched by themselves.
