Distilled Meatballs Osmanthus Soup

The glutinous rice flour is mixed with cold water and rolled into small balls.

Beat eggs, add lotus root flour and water, mix thoroughly and set aside.

Pour the fermented rice into a pot and boil, add glutinous rice balls and boil on high heat.

Pour the egg mixture and bring to a boil.

Pour in lotus root powder juice to thicken the thick gorgon.

Tips:
1. Using hanging pulp glutinous rice flour, cold water can form a dough.
2. There is no sugar and sweet-scented osmanthus can be replaced with honey or sugar, which tastes great.
