Water without milk is fine. I added milk because I prefer the taste of milk.

The ratio of ice cream powder and milk is 1:3. Disperse the ice cream powder into the milk and stir evenly.

After standing, put it in the freezer, take it out every forty minutes and stir for 10 minutes. Three to four times in sequence. The more times you stir, the more delicate the ice cream taste and the softer the texture. So as long as we are diligent enough, the taste will never be worse than that made by outside machines.
