Donkey Meat on Fire

Add 500g of self-raising powder to 250ml of water and 15-20g of sunflower oil (vegetable oil is fine) to form a dough, and ferment to double the size.

Don't knead the noodles, just make 80 grams of the dough, knead it round and let it stand for 10 minutes.

Take a dough and roll it out into long pieces.

Roll up from top to bottom.
