Donkey Rolling

Mix glutinous rice flour, sticky rice flour, and starch evenly, then add beef, sugar and salad oil.

Stir well.

Cover the cling film and put it in the microwave for 1 minute, then take it out and stir it evenly, then continue to heat it in the microwave until it is cooked (after heating for 1 minute each time, take it out and stir. Do not heat it for a long time to avoid dryness).

Soybean flour is roasted in an air fryer.

Sprinkle the glutinous rice ball with soy flour and roll out into a rectangular slice.
