Donkey Rolling

Stir glutinous rice flour, sticky rice flour, and sugar first;

Pour in boiling water and stir, knead it into a dough, put it in the dish;

Put in cold water and steam on high heat for 20 minutes;

Stir-fry the chilled red bean paste;

Knead the dough with a little oil until smooth;

Take an appropriate amount of dough and roll it into a square;

Smear red bean paste;
8.
Roll up from bottom to top;
9.
Cut into chunks, then dip in a layer of cooked soybean flour.
