Add glutinous rice flour to the right amount of water

Put on a steamer and steam for about 20 minutes until cooked.

When steaming, fry the bean noodles. The pan must be fried in a dry pan without oil. Stir-fry until the noodles are yellow and fragrant.

Boil the red beans, drain the water, add sugar and fry until thick, and serve as a bean paste filling

Spread the fried bean noodles on the cutting board first, roll the glutinous rice dough into long rows while it is hot, and then spread the bean paste filling on top of it.
