Donkey Rolling

Make glutinous rice flour into a dough with cold water.

Spread a little oil on the bottom of the pan, put the dough in the pan, and cover with plastic wrap. Steam on the pot for 20 minutes. The rice cooker I use.

After the glutinous rice ball is steamed, let it dry for a while, put it on a plastic wrap with a little oil, roll it into pieces, and sprinkle some black sesame on it.

Roll into long strips.

Cut it into small pieces and roll it in the fried soy flour.
