Donkey Rolling

Put glutinous rice flour into a bowl.

Add water in an appropriate amount according to the water absorption of the flour

Mix the glutinous rice flour into a dough.

Put the mixed glutinous rice dough in a steamer and steam it for about 20 minutes and it will be almost cooked.

Put the soy flour in a saucepan and heat it over low heat

Stir and fry constantly to avoid mashing the pot.

Stir-fry until the color darkens a little and the aroma of beans comes out.

Put the fried soybean flour into a bowl and let it cool naturally.

The glutinous rice flour is also steamed. When you take it out and let it cool, cover it with a plastic wrap to prevent it from drying out.

Spread the soybean flour on the chopping board, take out the glutinous rice ball, and put it on top.

Spread a layer of soybean flour on both sides of the glutinous rice ball to prevent sticking, and then roll it out with a rolling pin.

Spread a layer of red bean paste

Just roll it up from top to bottom.

Tips:
1. When frying soy flour, be sure to light the heat all the way, otherwise it will be battered.
2. When cutting, the two sides of the knife are dipped in clean water for better anti-sticking effect.
