Donut Cookies

Silken tofu 80g

3 tablespoons of oil (45ml)

Cocoa powder 30g

Put all into a clean bowl and mix well

Add cake flour 200g

Stir until granular, add 1 tablespoon of milk (15ml)

Knead it with your hands until smooth

Divide into 9 equal parts, each of my dough is about 42g

Twist the long strip and roll it into a doughnut shape

Oven 180 degrees for 10-15 minutes

Milk chocolate 100g (white chocolate matcha chocolate can be used), 100g can not be used up, you can add as much as you like, or you can eat it directly after baking

Break 4/3, microwave oven 600w 1 minute 20 seconds

Break the remaining chocolate and mix it evenly

I prepared matcha powder, cocoa powder, jelly beans and chocolate beans for cake

Bake it and dip it with chocolate powder and jelly beans as you like (you can ignore this step and eat the original flavor directly)
