I wanted to make Dorayaki for a long time, but I haven't done it. I tried this blueberry-flavored Dorayaki today.

1. Prepare the required materials, and don’t put the tartar powder if you don’t have it.

2. Beat the eggs into a bowl, add tartar powder and sugar. It's OK if it's fish-eye-like.

3. Mix the other powders through a sieve, sieve into the second material, and stir up and down.

4. Use a spoon to dig a small spoonful of batter and pour it into the preheated electric baking pan (you can also put it in a frying pan for frying). Wait for 5 minutes, and it will be done when the frying is done.

Tips:

Be careful to shake out bubbles when frying, otherwise it will be thick on one side and thin on the other.
