Recently, there was a food festival near my home. I took my daughter to go shopping. There were quite a lot of people and it was very lively, but those things really didn’t attract my interest. I always felt unhygienic. I looked at my daughter. Excited, I hurriedly took her away. There was a dorayaki seller at the exit. My daughter said she wanted to eat it. It was only a few slices for ten yuan, which was too cost-effective. She coaxed her home and started making it by herself. It feels really good to DIY food with my daughter.

Tips:

1. The electric baking pan does not need to be brushed with oil;
2. Scrape the batter on the outside of the spoon, otherwise it will drip everywhere;
3. Use a small spoon to scoop the batter and slowly drip it into the electric baking pan. The stainless steel spoon that my daughter eats, one spoonful of batter just makes one, small, one bite.
