Double Flavor Grilled Chicken Breast

Defrost chicken breasts.

Seasoning to prepare black pepper, barbecue sauce, lemon juice.

Put 3 chicken breasts into a fresh-keeping bag, add appropriate amount of salt, lemon juice and black pepper to mix well.

Take another fresh-keeping bag, shred the onion and put it in the bag.

Place the remaining 4 chicken breasts on the onions, pour in an appropriate amount of barbecue sauce and stir well.

Put the two flavors of chicken breasts in the refrigerator to marinate overnight.

Seasoning to prepare black pepper, rosemary.

Cut the potatoes into small pieces with a hob, add some olive oil, salt, black pepper, and rosemary.

Stir well.

Arrange the marinated chicken breasts and potatoes evenly in the baking tray.

Put another layer of tin foil on top.

Preheat the oven for 5 minutes, heat up and down at 250 degrees, and bake for 15 minutes.

After 15 minutes are up, remove the tin foil, heat up and down at 200 degrees, and bake for another 5 minutes.
