Stir all the above ingredients evenly

Wrapped in clam style, easy to fry

Add oil to the pan, fry the dumplings first, add water and cook until they are dry (like pot stickers), turn them over and fry the other side.

The other side is fried, cover it with a plate, even the pan is upside down
