Double Red Bean Rice Cake

Soak the red beans for 3 hours and cook them in a pot until they bloom.

Remove and set aside.

Put the glutinous rice noodles in the basin.

Sprinkle a layer of glutinous rice flour on top, cover and steam for 5 minutes.

Then sprinkle with red beans, sugar, and glutinous rice flour and spread evenly.

Cover and steam for 20 minutes and it will be ready.

Tips:
1. Don't put too much glutinous rice flour water, it is easy to spread unevenly.
2. White sugar can be added according to your preference.
