The Dragon Boat Festival is a traditional festival of the Han people in my country. The essential activities on this day have gradually evolved into eating rice dumplings, racing dragon boats, hanging calamus, wormwood, wormwood, scented atractylodes, angelica, and drinking realgar wine.

These days, if you make zongzi and eat zongzi, all you see are zongzi wherever you go. Today, let’s change my taste and try our Dragon Boat Festival Aiye glutinous rice cake.

It is well known that in addition to being an important gynecological medicine, wormwood also has antibacterial and antiviral effects; it has antitussive, expectorant and antiasthmatic effects; it can weaken myocardial contractility; it can also promote bile secretion...

Earlier when I returned to my hometown in Qingming, I saw the green and tender moxa leaves in the fields. I also did not let it go. I unceremoniously picked 2 kilograms of Duonen moxa leaves and returned...

The wormwood before Qingming is fresh and tender, not very bitter, and can be made a lot of delicious. In order to taste good, I only used the top sprout tips of the wormwood I picked. After blanching all the leaves, chop them and store them in the refrigerator. They can be taken out to make various dishes and snacks at any time.······

The Dragon Boat Festival wormwood glutinous rice cake is mixed with glutinous rice flour, sticky rice flour, and tender wormwood tip to form a dough, wrapped in the favorite sesame peanut filling, and steamed in water. Take a bite, the aroma of mugwort leaves is intoxicating, with the mellow aroma of peanuts and sesame, it is really refreshing..."

7. Take a few pieces of fresh mugwort leaves, wash them, and spread them in a cage.

8. Add black sesame powder and ground peanuts to rapeseed oil and mix into filling.

9. The glutinous rice flour is divided into several small doses; the peanut filling is wrapped.

10. Use a mold to make a cake embryo; put it in a cage.

11. Boil the water in the pot and put it in the basket.

12. Steam on high heat for 5 minutes until the glutinous rice cake is cooked through.

Tips:

1. Adding sticky rice noodles makes it easier to shape; if you want a good taste, you don't need to add sticky rice noodles.

2. If you like sweets, you can add some sugar to adjust the filling.

3. There is no mold to make glutinous rice balls and steamed. The same is true.
