Dragon Fruit and Chestnut Bun

Peel the dragon fruit.

Cut into small pieces and squeeze into juice in a juicer.

The yeast is added to the dragon juice.

Add flour to make a smooth dough, cover with a damp cloth and leave to rise in a warm place.

Ferment to double the size.

Take out the chopping board and knead to exhaust, divide into small doses.
