Dried Beef Rice

The air-dried beef my sister brought back from Tibet is quite heavy. My dosage is a small piece. I thought air-dried beef was dried, but it was not.

Cut two onions.

Cut 4 large carrots into thick strips.

I boiled and washed a piece of beef before cutting it into pieces. Put oil in the pot and stir-fry the beef for a while.

Put the onion and stir fry a few times.

Pour in the carrots and fry a few times.

In the pressure cooker I use, first put an appropriate amount of carrots on the bottom of the pot so that the meat does not stick to the bottom, and then pour all the rice into the pot.

After the rice is flattened and put in the water, it depends on the draught of the rice (the rice has been soaked for a few minutes when washing the rice). Poke it from top to bottom with chopsticks so that the steam will come up easily. Cover the pot and simmer for 40 minutes. Turn the pot over. can.
