Make A Sushi that Suits Your Taste

1. Making sushi vinegar: put 20 ml of white vinegar, a tablespoon of sugar, and a teaspoon of salt in a bowl, and put it in a pot to melt the water.

3. Put the dry sticks in a frying pan and fry until fragrant and let cool.

4. After letting cool, put the dry bacon in a stone mortar and pound it into a fine velvet.

Tips:
White rice vinegar is used to make sushi vinegar. Because my salt is a nutritionally balanced salt, the color looks a bit yellowish.
