4.
Cold ramen and set aside
5.
Put oil in the pot, add garlic diced and saute until fragrant
6.
Add onion, tomato and beef and stir-fry well
7.
After the beef changes color, add the noodles and cabbage and stir fry evenly
8.
Pour in the Japanese soy sauce and mirin salt to taste and mix evenly. Place the fried single-sided soft-boiled egg on top and sprinkle with seaweed (seaweed powder is also acceptable)
Tips:
1. If you are also using Japanese ramen from the supermarket, cook it for 2 and a half minutes.
2. It is also very important to make the cooked ramen noodles with cold water.
3. Mirin is a bit similar to cooking wine. It is made from fermented rice, but the taste is different from the glutinous rice.
4. The seaweed from Shimanto River in the late-night cafeteria I really want to know the difference between that and ordinary ones.
5. There happened to be cured beef at home and it was very fragrant. Of course, you can replace it with tenderloin or anything. The cabbage and carrots used in the late-night cafeteria are not wrong. If you don’t hand in hand, you can replace it with cabbage.
