Dried Bitter Gourd Shrimp in Sesame Sauce

Wash bitter gourd and set aside.

Cut into two pieces.

Cut into thin slices.

Add it to boiling water with salt and blanch it for a while.

Put it in cold water and remove it after cooling down.

Soak the dried shrimp in warm water in advance.

Take appropriate amount of sesame paste and add oyster sauce.
