Dried Chives and Eggs
1.
A large collection of main and auxiliary materials~I use peanuts made by myself. I can also use drunk peanuts, but raw peanuts cannot be used. There is no fragrance.
2.
Lay the dried egg flat, press the left side of the dried egg with your hand, and push the knife (sharp a little bit) to the left horizontally (to be steady). Do not push or pull, otherwise the dried egg will be easily broken. Please let go of your guts here, the knife won't cut your hand
3.
It's almost the same thickness, not too thin, or it will break easily when mixing.
4.
Arrange them one by one and cut into silk!
5.
Cut the leek into leek flowers. Peel the peanuts and crush them, and chop the garlic.
6.
Put a little salad oil, fry the leeks and garlic, let cool, add sugar and white vinegar and mix well, then add dried eggs and chopped peanuts and mix well.
7.
Finally, add a few drops of sesame oil to enhance the fragrance and color, and you can put it on the plate!
Tips:
If you can't cut so finely at first, you can cut into slices or thicker silk!
