1. Clean the kidney beans and red peppers separately and cut them into filaments. Cut the dried eggs into filaments of the same size (don't cut them too large, you can cut them horizontally in the middle, and then shred), and chop the garlic into fine lines.
2. Put oil in the pot and heat to 40% heat. Add kidney beans and stir-fry for about 2 minutes. Add red pepper, minced garlic and dried egg and continue to stir-fry for about 1 minute.
3. Add soy sauce and stir evenly.
