Dried Eggs with Preserved Eggs
1.
The preserved eggs are cut into petals with an egg cutter.
2.
After peeling the preserved eggs, place them on the plate.
3.
Cut the dried eggs into granules.
4.
Placed in the center of the plate.
5.
Cut the mini cucumber into sections and insert them between the preserved eggs.
6.
Add oyster sauce, very fresh flavor, vinegar, and a little water to the bowl and mix thoroughly. Finally, add the chopped garlic.
7.
Pour the sauce evenly on the cold dish.
8.
Chop the peanuts and sprinkle on top of the cold dish.
9.
Finally, top with sesame oil.
Tips:
1. It is best to use a harder preserved egg, so that it can be placed after cutting. If the yolk is soft, it will stick to the surface of the knife.
2. Mini cucumber is better than regular butter.
3. The peanuts can choose the original flavor, I used spicy peanuts, which taste better.
