Dried Fruit Oatmeal and Lotus Root Flour Cake

1. Ingredients: 50g instant oatmeal, 20g lotus root flour, 40g cranberry raisin, 100g water

2. Use a little water to dissolve the lotus root powder, and then add the rest of the water. >>Cold water is good, no hot water is needed.

3. Soak the instant oats for half an hour.

4. The soaked oatmeal has absorbed enough water. Spread a layer of oil around the bowl, pour in the oatmeal paste, sprinkle with cranberries and raisins, and steam for 20 minutes on high heat.

5. Let cool slightly, take out and dice. The lotus root flour is preheated and solidified, and the oatmeal is made into oatmeal cake, which is chewed in the hand.

6. Some oatmeal cakes are added when cooking the hodgepodge/hot pot, which tastes similar to rice cakes.

7. Q bombs require a certain amount of chewing ability.
