Today’s is a fast-handed food supplement series, and it’s done in minutes. Both corn and oats are rich in dietary fiber, which promotes bowel movements and prevents constipation.
6-8 months in the chewing period, basically eating mud, the baby will begin to transition from mud to crumbs in the second half of 8 months, this time is the key period to exercise chewing ability. Chewing ability also needs guidance and exercise. Adults should demonstrate well and learn by imitation with exaggerated expressions and movements.

Corn puree does not need to be filtered. It needs such high fiber to promote bowel movement and exercise chewing. But if your baby has not eaten whole grains, start eating small amounts. Coarse grains do not have to wait until they are 1 year old. The commercially available oatmeal and rice noodles eaten by 9-month-old babies are supplemented with coarse grains. When eating coarse grain porridge/cake for the first time, start with 1/5.
