Dried Radish and Plum

The first time I planted radishes, the radishes were very small, but the radish leaves were very vigorous, so I simply dried them to make prunes.

Wash the radish leaves and put them in the sun for 1-2 days.

Sun wilting.

Put the stems in a boiling pot and boil for 2-3 minutes.

Boil the leaves for about 5 minutes, remove them, let them cool, and squeeze them dry.

Dried.

Put it in a steamer, steam for 30 minutes, turn off the heat for one night, and then dry in the sun.

Then put it in the steamer and steam for 30 minutes, then dry it, steam it again, and finally dry it. (Three steamed and three dried, finished.)

The smell of dried plums is delicious. Put it in the bag and keep it sealed. Soak in water when eating.
