Stir-fried Diced Pork with Radish

1. Ingredients: radish tassels, pork belly, ginger, garlic, dried chili

2. Dice pork belly, mince green onion and ginger, and cut dried chili into small pieces

3. Pick the radish tassels, wash them, and scald them in boiling water.

4. The scalded radish tassels are too cold.

5. Cut the cold radish tassels into small pieces

6. Heat the pan with cold oil, add the diced pork belly and stir fry

7. Stir-fry until the pork belly changes color, add chopped green onion, ginger, and dried chili.

8. After frying the aroma, cook it into the cooking wine and fry the water vapor.

9. Add the sliced radish tassels and stir fry quickly.

10. After mixing evenly, add a little salt and soy sauce (MSG and chicken essence can be added or not added according to their own taste)

11. Copy evenly again to turn off the heat.

Tips:

The blanched radish tassels should be squeezed out of water.
