Radish Tasseled Meat Pie

Put the flour, sugar and yeast in a glass bowl, pour a small amount of warm water on the yeast and stir to melt, and then slowly continue to stir the flour until it becomes a batter, then cover with plastic wrap and set aside to wait for the fermentation to double its size.

You can also leave the batter to ferment overnight in the refrigerator the night before. During the preparation of fillings (forgot to take pictures). First wash the radish sprouts, then boil for 1 minute, then drain and minced pork belly, add salt, light soy sauce, oyster sauce and pepper and stir well.

Tips:
