Dried Radish Fried Rice

1. Prepare the ingredients, chop the rice overnight and set aside

2. Peel the carrots and cut into small dices

3. Wash the cucumber and cut into the same small cubes

4. Cut dried radish into small pieces

5. Add salt, white pepper, and Vitamax cooking wine to the egg to fully disperse it

6. Pour into hot oil and fry into egg pieces, set aside

7. Add oil to the wok to heat up, fry the chopped shallots first, then pour the carrots and dried radishes into the fragrant

8. Then pour in rice and stir fry
