Dried River Fish Steamed Sausage

Soak the dried river fish for 10 minutes, wash and drain.

Wash the sausage and slice it.
3.
Shred ginger and set aside.
4.
Stir the dried river fish with sugar, soy sauce, and shredded ginger. When the rice cooker is almost empty, let it steam.
