Stir-fried Dried River Fish with Leeks

Prepare the ingredients, leek, dried river fish, dried chili, and green chili; add a dried chili to make it more fragrant and tasty.

Wash the leeks, drain the water, cut them well, and set aside; do not need the tail of the leeks, so the fried dried fish will be more delicious.

Wash the dried chili, green chili, and ginger separately, and set aside.

1. Dried river fish should be fresh and dry.
