Dried Vegetables, Candied Dates and Lean Meat Soup

After rinsing the dried cabbage with water, soak it in water to soften it

Cut the lean meat into large pieces, then prepare two candied dates

Boil the lean meat in a soup pot to remove blood foam

Soak the dried cabbage into a casserole and add water

Put in candied dates

Lean meat is also put in the pot

Turn on high heat, after the pot is boiled, cook for 5 minutes

Turn to low heat and cook for 60 minutes

Add some salt to taste before eating
Tips:
If you don’t like to eat the lean meat in the soup, you can put it out and fry it after boiling the soup. It’s not wasted, it’s another dish.
