This soup was made once in March 2013 and posted on other food websites. After 4 years, my son thought of this soup again and asked me to make it again. . .

Fresh Vegetable Hibiscus Soup

1. Ingredients: eggs (beaten into a bowl), fresh mushrooms (washed), carrots (washed and sliced), dried vegetable cores

2. Add 1 tablespoon of cooking wine to the egg.

3. Beat into egg liquid and set aside.

4. Put cleaned fresh shiitake mushrooms on the chopping board and cut into slices.

5. Next, put the cut fresh mushrooms and carrots into a pot of water to boil.

6. Then, combine the dried cabbage cores and add 0.5 tablespoon of salt.

7. Add a little MSG.

8. Season to mix well.

9. Finally, pour in the egg mixture and stir well, and serve.
