Roast Pork with Dried Cabbage

Ingredients

Soak the dried cabbage in water for one hour

Then wash and cut into sections

Cut pork belly

Braised pork belly

Heat oil in a pot, add the blanched pork belly and sliced ginger and stir fry until the oil comes out

Add light soy sauce and dark soy sauce and stir-fry to evenly color

Pour in the prepared chicken broth. It is better if the meat is not over. Add the thick soup treasure and bring to a boil

Then put on the dried cabbage, cover and turn to low heat for about 30 minutes

Let the soup boil dry and stir-fry well.
Tips:
1. I won't add salt to the thick soup and chicken soup because they have a salty taste.
2. Use a small fire, the longer the time, the better.
