I like to use dried cabbage to make soup, but the roasted meat is also delicious~

Roast Pork with Dried Cabbage

1. Ingredients

2. Soak the dried cabbage in water for one hour

3. Then wash and cut into sections

4. Cut pork belly

5. Braised pork belly

6. Heat oil in a pot, add the blanched pork belly and sliced ginger and stir fry until the oil comes out

7. Add light soy sauce and dark soy sauce and stir-fry to evenly color

8. Pour in the prepared chicken broth. It is better if the meat is not over. Add the thick soup treasure and bring to a boil

9. Then put on the dried cabbage, cover and turn to low heat for about 30 minutes

10. Let the soup boil dry and stir-fry well.

Tips:

1. I won't add salt to the thick soup and chicken soup because they have a salty taste.
2. Use a small fire, the longer the time, the better.
