Spine Potato Soup
1.
Wash the pork spine and soak in water to remove impurities. It is best to soak for more than 1 hour to better remove the impurities in the meat. The soaked meat is more tender. ^_^ After that, simmer slowly and clean up the impurities. If you are in a hurry, It can also be boiled on high fire!
2.
Dried cabbage can be bought at Korean dry goods stores, because very dried cabbage itself is very dry, so it needs to be soaked for at least 1 hour. There is a lot of dry mud in cabbage, remember to wash it several times (^_^)
3.
Even this time, the meat and dried vegetables were soaked in water from 10:00 in the morning, and then simmered at 4:00 in the afternoon, in order to give full play to the delicious flavor! And the dried cabbage is really delicious with the spine! It must be simmered in a casserole over low heat to get the most flavor!
4.
After simmering for about 1 hour, add a large potato (^_^)v and continue to simmer for 15 minutes on low heat ^o^ The cut is really rough...
5.
According to your preference, add an appropriate amount of Korean chili paste to taste and mix before serving. Friends who like it can also add more! In cold weather, it’s good to warm up with a bit of spicy flavor (^_^)v
6.
Add appropriate amount of bean paste to taste, the sweet, salty and fresh taste will be richer (^_^)v
7.
After 1 hour and 15 minutes of stewing, this happy moment finally ushered in! (^_^)v Applause rang~ It's so fresh! The dried cabbage continuously emits a special fresh fragrance in the broth! Unspeakable! Really! It's different from the umami we often eat! Because it is really irreplaceable taste! You can only know when you do it! And it will never disappoint!
Tips:
Dried cabbage can be purchased at a Korean dry goods store or a dry goods store in a vegetable market^_^ I usually prepare this soup in the morning and make it at night for the taste and umami! Dried cabbage and spine are cooked together, and it is best to simmer slowly! That taste is really fascinating! So don't be impatient!
