Dry Fried Black Pepper Octopus

Scratch the hairtail with a diamond-shaped flower knife;

Put it in a container, add cooking wine, white wine, salt, black pepper and marinate for 20 minutes; (the marinating time is longer and the flavor is added)

Wipe the marinated hairtail with kitchen paper to dry the surface water and dip it in flour;

Pour oil in a frying pan and fry the octopus dipped in flour;

Fry the octopus on both sides until it is colored, then use a black pepper bottle to grind in the black pepper and then it can be out of the pan.

Just install it.
